Passi per la spiaggia e situato nella parte meridionale dell'isola (proprio prima dell'entrata della riserva naturale!)

La casa di nuova costruzione offre un concetto aperto straordinario progettato per essere un tranquillo rifugio per vacanze / spiaggia. Home offre 3 camere da letto complete con un ampio soppalco con sistemazione per la notte e 3 bagni.

La casa è disposta con camere da letto al primo piano, spazio abitativo al secondo piano e camera da letto a soppalco al 3 ° (splendida vista!) Il grande master offre un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio completa, bagno padronale con doccia personalizzata e terrazza privata. Camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto matrimoniale ed è proprio accanto alla camera da letto n. 3 che è dotata di un letto a castello Full / Twin con un letto a rotelle doppio. La camera da letto Loft è dotata di un divano letto (doppia con rotelle) con una zona salotto all'estremità opposta. Vista sull'oceano, sulla palude e sulla riserva si aggiungono a questo fantastico spazio. Il primo piano ha aria condizionata centralizzata, mentre il 2 ° / 3 ° piano ha nuove unità stand up che non richiedono alcuno sforzo di manutenzione. Tutte le camere da letto + soppalco hanno sfumature oscuranti e ventilatori per mantenere lo spazio confortevole! In cucina troverai elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. L'isola ha 4 posti a sedere mentre il tavolo può ospitare 6. Il concetto di pavimento aperto offre una vista pacifica sull'oceano e sulla palude da 3 lati della casa fornendo allo stesso tempo ampio spazio aperto divertente o semplicemente rilassante sui due divani di grandi dimensioni con poltrone reclinabili.

BriVera è stato progettato per catturare l'incredibile luce naturale e la brezza marina con soffitti alti e ampie finestre in tutto, offrendo allo stesso tempo un tocco speciale con un cenno all'area con legno di recupero usato in tutto per i soffitti del soppalco / bagno al 2 ° piano.

Perfect Getaway!
We’ve stayed at Plum Island for years and this was our first time booking this home. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway with extended family- three generations under one roof! So close to the beach and the wildlife preserve as well. Highly recommend!

Paradise on the Beach
Clean! Wonderful hosts! Location location location...steps from the beach...the house has everything you need and more...Lots of room, beautiful decks, steps from the beach, and so close to town. We can't wait to book again for next year! No need to search for another house...take this one while you can!

Wedding Guest Stay
Four adults with four kids (age 5 and under) stayed comfortably for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area. The beach was close by and very nice. Parking for large SUVs was easy. The bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs was a very good layout for our stay with young kids; it was good to have that separation. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, and kitchen was very functional. Plenty of bathrooms for our stay. Many large beach towels were made available to use. We considered using the trundle bed as a sleeping option for a child but no extra linens were readily available and the fitted sheet on that bed was not clean. The top bunk was fine for a 5 year old but didn’t seem sturdy enough for an adult or a larger child. Bath towels were clean but there weren’t extra available. Overall we found the house quite suitable and we would come back for another long weekend another time!

Lovely getaway weekend stay
Close to remarkable Parker River Refuge and beach, so convenient to Newburyport for dining, balconies perfect for enjoying the outdoors for morning coffee and conversation, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen, bathrooms, linens. Plenty of seating for means and conversation, felt very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Great Ski Trip
The house was perfect for our stay. Newburyport is very quaint. We had to drive through it each time we hit the slopes at Ski Bradford abiu 45 minutes away. Plum Island offered beatiful ocean views and the beach was a mere 5 minutes from the house. We also took the commuter train into the city that took about an house. The train station was about 15 minutes away. The house large enough for our group of 8...3 teenage girls slept in the bunk room, 2 teenage boys took the loft...83 year old Uncle stay in the queen room and my husband and I were in the master. The only complain from everyone was thar the sheets were a bit scratchy. It may be time for new sheets for all of the bed. Overall thought, the house was great.

Outstanding location -- details missed the mark
PROS: Location & Nbr'hd were awesome. Super close to beach. Quiet & peaceful. Comfy sectional couch. House layout very nice. Host communicated immediately when we alerted him to ants in the kitchen. CONS: Musty smell in bedrooms. Musty smell in towels. Kitchen felt lacking of tools, pans -- a bit beat up & tools that were there were not great quality (random, pans that did not fit tops, poor knives, poor carrot peelers, regular handsoap in a foam soap container so did not work well... that sort of thing). Overall we would consider staying here again but for the price, we think there could have better attention to detail. Better quality in kitchen items, host should provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If it were an old house with a lower pricetag, we could accept those things. But, it is a house that has been redone and should not have the musty smell present in bedrooms.

Great spot
The house was set up perfectly for our party of 5. Comfortable couch, kitchen table and a nice layout. New fridge and everything we needed for the weekend. The only feedback from the group that wasn’t positive was that some beds were uncomfortable. 2 people elected to sleep on the couch the second night because the bed wasn’t good for them. The beach was so close and so beautiful.

Worthwhile stay even in the winter!

Good size and locaction.
Suited our needs just fine. Bed in bunkbed room was very uncomfortable. Some drains were clogged, toilets don't flush well and had no toilet paper refills. We used tissue. Main bath shower ran cold right away, but master shower was fine. Otherwise, the house was nicely stocked and all was well. Thanks!

Amazing place and people
I needed this house for only one night to surprise my 80 year old mom with her 11th and 12th great grandkids. I was excited because of the location is amazing with easy walk to beach and preserve and close to the fun local shops in town. More amazing than that was working with Caitlin who allowed us to check in early to spend as much time with family as possible as we were leaving MA the day after. She was so generous and kind and even recommended the perfect spot for the surprise. The only thing I can say even remotely negai is there are a lot of stairs and I am chunky. But so worth everything and more.

Super Plum Island Property
This home is perfectly laid out for a family beach vacation. The site is a short walk to the beach, the two decks are great, and the kitchen has just about everything needed for family dinners. It was a big plus to have all the linens provided. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.

Stay of rest and tranquility.
Stay of rest and tranquility. The house is 2 minutes from the beach which is beautiful. Very close to the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge where there are pleasant walks to do. The house well equipped, large and comfortable. Large windows to see the sea and let in the light. It was a great stay from all points of view.

Pickleball Ladies Getaway
Wonderful location! Lots to see and do! Highly recommend "Bob's" for lobster and whole belly clams... Owners were very quick with responses to questions and their home is absolutely beautiful and located just steps from the beach and national wildlife preserve! We highly recommend staying here!! The town was closed.
Going this early in the season for my first time on plum I didn’t realize a lot of restaurants were closed. The property was very homey. Light and airy. A spray shower was great. Very close to the beach. The house was well equipped with everything I needed.

Great location, nice house, but...
Cute home, lots of beach stuff, nice owners. The best part-very close to beach! Property needs basic maintenance, more silverware, serving pieces, only one lid for pots! Stove top and other things dirty upon arrival. Neighbors yards which surround/ directly abut and are visible from decks, kitchen, bedrooms etc. are basically junk yards - the people in them put more junk into while we were there! Those homes look awful and rotted!! Not visible from vrbo pictures. Ongoing construction on 2 new houses across the way starting 6:30-7 am M-F and the 2 abutting properties on weekends. A cleaning fee is charged, but arrival instructions say to clean house and do some laundry before leaving! Would possibly return if we knew the junk would be gone in abutting yards.

Beautiful Plum Island house for families
This property is ideal for families escaping to Plum Island. The "upside down" layout had a sunny upper level living space with the bedrooms below. We enjoyed morning coffee and and dinner on the deck, where you can hear the sound of the waves. The house had everything needed to enjoy the beach, from chairs to umbrellas and sand toys. We loved the quick walk to the beach, the quiet neighborhood, the easy access to Parker River, and the walk to ice cream, shops, and restaurants on the Island. Very communicative owners--highly recommend!

great house and location
This was a perfect house for 2 adults and 3 children. The house is shining and beautiful and very sunny in the main living area. It is big enough for everyone to have some private space. The 2 decks are a very nice plus. The easy walk to the beach is an incredible luxury. In mid July, the ocean was mostly calm, and just about 70F, which felt great. The kids were in the ocean for hours each day. The older kids were easily able to walk to lunch and ice cream places in the middle of the island. And we took our 8yr old biking in the wildlife reserve twice.

Beautiful Home Close to Beach
This house is nicely updated - the upstairs is the main living space with windows surrounding you for endless beautiful views. Short walk to the beach. We loved the lay out of the house for the six of us - three adults, three children. Plenty of bathrooms/showers- space out your showers though for hot water. The kids loved the provided beach chairs. Owners were quick to respond when any questions came up! Thanks for a wonderful week!
