“Polite staff and clean room”

“Stanze grandi e ben attrezzate. Uniche pecche: mancava lo spazzolino per il water e la temperatura dell'acqua calda non si poteva alzare più di tanto. Ovviamente si tratta di un hotel autostradale, quindi non si può pretendere che la location sia particolarmente amena, però in generale la stanza era davvero molto meglio della media riscontrata in tutta la vacanza.”

“We had the most wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful and the big bath was a perfect treat! Also , the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Meals were delicious and the staff were courteous and friendly. We are already planning a longer stay in this really lovely hotel.”

“We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. There was a good choice of food for both breakfast and dinner, cooked to a high standard. Our room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of comfort throughout our stay. The only downside was that some of the furniture felt a little tired and could benefit from an update, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience. “Hotel old and tired, smelled strange! Room boiling hot no fan supplied. Food served was not as described on menu and of poor quality for the price. Breakfast tables had not been cleared difficult to find a clean one. Poor selection on a buffet breakfast, eggs inedible. Staff pleasant but seemed happier when outside chatting and smoking. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.”
