“Property was nice and clean and very convenient to Newport on the Levee. The only negative I had was some road noise was extremely loud that the room window didn't mute very much.”

“The room itself was super clean and very comfortable for staying a few days/nights in! The service at the front counter wasn’t the best, they constantly had an attitude when we would ask questions. When we first checked in, the front desk worker D didn’t tell us anything about the hotel amenities. We had to explore the hotel ourselves to figure that stuff out. We were very very happy with Leonard, he was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions! He ended up explaining a lot of the...

“The staff was an incredible as the other reviewers have said. I was in town for medical care and let concierge know, just in case something happened and I needed an ambulance; they said they’d make a note of it. When I got back to my room after my procedure, Autumn from concierge had left a beautiful tray of flowers, snacks, ginger ale, and a handwritten note saying she hopes I feel better soon. It was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful hotel and their even lovelier staff....

“We stayed in the Odd Fellows room which was wonderful. It was very clean and had every convenience that I needed. I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!”

“The room was nicely laid out, quiet and it had a very nice shower. Also the breakfast was very enjoyable. However, we were never able to connect to the internet and it would have been nice to have a safe and a bedside clock. And we don’t remember seeing a telephone in the room. That being said, we would make a return visit! ”
