“this is ridiculous because when you search for property it say 30 people but they aloud only 13 , adiccional person cost more ,plus we wait for the people who live there to receive everything and they say everything is ok after i got charge ridiculous amount for a broken pool chair, that we never saw the picture”

“The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenagers with beds to spare. Great view from the deck, and a very quiet neighborhood. El Gigante was a short drive and is the kind of non touristy village we were looking for. Loved it.”

The house is towards the end of the road and no visible signs from the road but neighbors are friendly and guided me to the exact location. My family and I were satisfied with the country style home. “The roads leading to the property are dirt roads that during the winter months in Nicaragua are inpassable. That was not mentioned on the online listing, we had to cut our vacation short becuase the SUV's we rented couldn't make it to the property.
