“The hotel is beautiful, you are welcomed at the door. Self parking but if you are able to find a spot in the evening in front of the hotel there are cameras. The reception speaks English and Spanish and she is wonderful. We were walked to our room and a gentleman turned the AC on for us. The room was clean and nice towels, soap and extra blankets. The restaurant staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. The pool is beautiful and clean. We are so happy with our stay. Thank you all!!”

“Desk was not aware of our reservation through Expedia. He spoke no English. He asked if I had "cancelado" the rooms reserved. I said I did not, thinking he meant I cancelled the reservation for the rooms. He called his manager about our Expedia reservation. The manager was to check with Expedia and after a long wait he called back. The desk clerk said we could have the rooms which were unusually painted with murals and local sayings.We had to move rooms twice to find ones that had the A/C...
