“Loved my stay at the apartment. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. However, it took the intervention of the manager for them to find my booking as it appeared hotel.com did not inform the apartment of our booking and considering that we just arrived after a long journey, I was not pleased about it. Also WiFi network is very bad in the apartment and we have to come out of the apartment each time to make and receive calls.”

“This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia. They refuse to refund or respond. Do not book here they will steal your money!! I was stranded in nigeria for 2 weeks with no where to stay”

“Friendly and professional staff. Duplex apartment was nice with its own kitchenette. However there was no running hot water, it only comes in a bucket on request. Also there’s no choice of breakfast, you eat what they serve. I would have thought buffet breakfast would be in place for a place that pricey. ”

“When we arrived at the Azaria Hotel, we discovered that a man named Samson or Samuel had sold our reservation to another person, so we were left stranded. It was a really traumatic experience. Corruption at its best. Also the pictures of the hotel do not depict what the hotel actually looks like.”

“I paid for this hotel at 5pm on 12th June but was told by the front desk lady named Rose at 7pm when I called that the hotel was sold out. She said she’d also communicated to Hotels.com, but I still don’t have a refund and nobody called to apologize for this error. Hotels.com can you pls get back to me about a refund ”
