“The hotel insisted we hadn’t paid when we arrived despite my proving i had paid 6 months previously. VRBO couldn’t/didn’t help and despite talking to an agent who said they would be back in touch no communication was received. The host eventually turned up at the hotel after we were in bed. Also turns out that the host charged us more than the hotel would have done - an extra £50 over the two nights. The hotel is brilliantly located but apart from that it is very very basic and like walking back...

“Der Aufenthalt über das Wochenende hat sehr gut getan! Die Naturnähe und die kulturellen Angebote (Gasometer-Ausstellung, Industriepark, Tiger and Turtle-Treppe) waren hochinteressant und sehenswert. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort alle ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt! ”

“In der Wohnung gab es kein Wlan, die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Einrichtung. Ware enttäuschend für uns. Kaffeemaschine braucht ewigkeiten, Herd genauso. Ist renovierungsbeürftigt.”

“Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon und Terrasse. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut durchdacht. Die Gastgeber sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal. Rundum schöne Gärten und morgens Amselkonzert. Wir haben uns 1 Woche lang uneingeschränkt wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!”

“Die Kommunikation via vbro fand ich unterirdisch..wäre fast nicht zum Schlüssel gekommen. Das es ein Wasserbett hat fand och ein No Go. Sont sehr liebevoll gemacht und passend!”

“Unfortunately, I received a cancellation notice at the last minute, which caused me great inconvenience as it was the time of the fair and the hotels were full. We were travelling on business and were left without a hotel to sleep in, and the host was very unpleasant as he didn't even bother to speak to us or try to help us.”

“The Host was not aware of our booking until the evening of check in. Even though our reservation was paid in full and non refundable 7 days prior. The Host was not very friendly and we had several issues with the entrance code not working or being changed without notice.”

"Parto con il fatto che mi ha messo molto a disagio: il parcheggio. Inesistente, il che ti obbliga a dover parcheggiare nelle strade adiacenti all’albergo dove devi pagare un sacco di soldi oltre al fatto che si rischia di rovinarle le macchine. Il personale della reception molto cordiale e disponibile. La pulizia nelle stanze lasciava a desiderare. La colazione mediamente buona ma con poca variazione. "

"L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione: vicino alla stazione, al centro città e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Le stanze grandi e pulite. Il personale gentilissimo, molto disponibili e affabili. Colazione ottima, unico suggerimento: una zona più ampia per il buffet. Consigliato, ci torneremo."
