“Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. I was accidentally charged twice for damage deposit, but staff quickly refunded when I pointed this out. On a main Street with dining and shopping areas conveniently close by.”

“My Brother & I were in town to attend our Father's Funeral. The staff at Simcoe Travelodge were aware of the circumstances. In each of our rooms they left a condolences card. Very thoughtful. We noticed and thanked them.”

“Lynn met us at the door and showed us to our room. She had prepared a welcoming charcuterie board, which was lovely. Charming room, well equipped. Highly recommend”

“Nicely renovated. However no coffee maker in room! Does have 24/7 in lobby but in the evening tasted like it had been sitting a long time, albeit warm. Woke up to a LARGE puddle of water in the room from window? Alerted front desk who said I was not alone - there was a severe storm with blowing winds. But was provided extra towels to clean up myself. Ceiling was showing early mold growth - needed cleaning.”

“Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter...

“I am a "vanlifer" due to high rent where I lost my apartment. Brant Inn is quickly becoming my second home when I have my kids during the weekends and as the summer weather nears. I can work and save money for my next apartment AND still book rooms 3-5x a month, and be able to get by. The rooms are clean, the bedding always fresh, the shower always piping hot, and honestly, the staff couldnt be better. Already planni g a stay next week, and after the weekend. Absolutely wonderful.”

“Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place.”
