“We checked in on a Sunday night when it was empty - for two nights. Not sure why they opted to put us in the room right beside the stairs, but it was incredibly noisy at all hours of the day. There is almost no sound proofing between the rooms beside you or above you. Both nights we were woken up by the people above us. We could even hear them peeing.. Apparently this location used to have a pool but they took it out and put in a larger breakfast room! I don't know if that's the trend but it's not a trend I support. “Beds and suite mostly excellent. Staff were terrific. Cannot understand why a brand new Canadian facility would have such LOW TOILETS! Anyone over 6 foot tall or seniors who are somewhat inflexible - we are both - found it a long way down to sit on toilets built for a 10 yr old! Serious brain cramp at the design & build stage. Even much lower class hotels are smart enough to install adult height toilets during initial construction. We would stay again in a heartbeat but will not be doing so due...

“Hotel is old (cracked bathroom sink) and old carpets. But clean enough and comfortable beds. “Free Breakfast” was packaged muffins or a no name fruit cup - that’s it. One type of keurig coffee. Friendly staff. Small town, mid week, low occupancy so maybe $165 was a bit high.”

“I booked a queen sized bed and it wasn’t a queen it was a double. They don’t have queen sized beds. Very disappointing. The staff was nice though. Just frustrating when you pay for something and don’t get it.”
