“Absolutely unacceptable! Overbooked our room and left us stranded at 11:00 PM.
I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else.
The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

“This trip was a disaster. The hotel room had black mold in the closet and on the bathroom ceiling. We didn't notice until we had had spent several nights there. That was the worse part.
The breakfast was terrible. The first morning there weren't enough plates and utensils. There was NO fruit at all and this wasn't late in the morning. No pancake mix, a few pieces of bread, no bagels and there was no restocking of the hot bar. They had fruit the next day, but it was not restocked the day after....

“it was in an ideal location for the Colosseum and the staff was exceptional. Plenty of nice restaurants and shopping around it which made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast was very nice. Nothing special about it, except the hot cinnamon buns, delicious.”

“I do not recommend this place, our family booked 2 hotel rooms for a vacation and both of them ended up having roaches, and I mean INFESTED they would not refund us for the remaining of our stay. The owner was very rude and didn’t care about what we had to say she simply canceled our stay and told us to figure it out. “I was so happy with this hotel. I had concerns about booking there because I was not familiar with the area, but it is a great place to stay. The hotel is well kept, clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was great! The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered both hot and cold options, we were well satisfied with the food. I would definitely recommend this property!! I will stay there again if the need arises. You will not be disappointed.”
