“I’ve been staying in this room for 2 days, and the shower water still isn’t draining properly. The bathroom gets messy, and overall the room is not clean. The receptionist was also not helpful when I raised the issue. On top of that, the room was completely different from what was recommended and shown during booking. The only thing that was working is air conditioning.
Overall Very disappointing experience.”

“The property is right near the beach and within minutes of resturants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, one of the best I have ever seen. The property is older and has had some upgrades but is still in need of more updates and repairs. The cleaning staff isn't the best, but overall, it was good for the price and I would definitely stay there again.”

“A one hour early check-in is usually doable by the staff in most instances, mainly during the week. Weekends gets harder as the hotel really fills up. All rooms are oceanfront with a great view right on the boardwalk. Room size is much better than most hotels. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly and most helpful. A great place to stay when visiting Virginia Beach by yourself, with a loved one, or with your whole family.”

“This was such a nice hotel! We loved everything about it! We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was phenomenal, tho people say the view from the 10th floor was the best-we were absolutely happy where we were at. Beds were comfy, bathroom was stocked and really nice. We stayed here for four nights and could have been there longer. The beach near the hotel was also very beautifully maintained. Super happy!”
