“I can get nit picky but I'm not going to. For the money this was a very quiet stay in a clean room with excellent owners who are super friendly. My only critiques are please have an outlet near the side of the bed to charge my phone and to offer stream service to log into rather than cable TV. The lights outside our room were so bright that my room never got dark and it made it difficult to sleep. I would stay here again when passing through Norfolk.”

“The staff at check-in was warm, welcoming and professional. The suite was clean and well maintained. The one thing that was not up to standard was the iron, it would not steam and cut off repeatedly while using. But that was not an issue because I could have asked for an exchange but never got around to it. I would recommend Coastal Hotel and Suites to anyone, couples, families or individuals I think you will fine this place to be a repeat visit.”

“The bathroom tub needed a good cleaning and there was sand all around the bed by the sliding glass door. The room service lady didn’t speak English and it made it hard to communicate our needs. And the free breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were mushy and the sausage paddy’s were like rubber and truly unbeatable.”

“This was a great place, if you have a room with a kitchen you have to have certain pans or else the stove top willnt work. Other then that it was pretty sweet. A water fountain/falls just outside our room. A pool and an excellent view of the ocean. One of our best Vacations yet. Would return”
