“My friends and I wanted somewhere to stay near Hot Springs and with a lake view. This home was such a perfect place for our stay. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths had ample room for us all. We did not want a party scene but a relaxing view and vibe. This home offered everything we were looking for. ”

“Our stay was amazing!!! The house was exactly like it was advertised...even better!!! The views were amazing.... right in the water on 3 sides!!! Beautiful sunrise in the mornings from the sun porch and beautiful sunsets from the back patio!!! We had the best time!!! We will be returning soon!!!”

“We stayed four kids and two adults. Older kids. It was great the dock was awesome. It was close to hiking and all kinds of stuff to do. The house was immaculate and well stocked. Had toilet paper, paper towels, sheets and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to get a hold of. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and welcoming. A couple things to be aware of; the second bedroom is really a loft, there is no privacy other than being upstairs. Also, the home is in a populated area so we were disappointed by the number of homes that were right next-door to us and in front of us.The dock was at the end of the driveway and there was no land around it. We felt that we would have more of a water view and access to the shore. We also had some trouble with wasps...

“Very nice. The deck was uncomfortable in the afternoons, due to the sun blazing down on it. Ceiling fans on the deck would have been nice. All in all, the family was very happy and had a wonderful time.”

“The house was cute but there was a leak in top floor bathroom tub/shower. They texted the next day and asked it they could come fix it and I said yes go looking at leaves changing came back not fixed. Told me they had to go to LR to get supplies I said no problem. I was told they could bring tools to use the tub I thought the fix was going to take one day maybe 2 but since I said no problem I guess that meant dont fix it. My Mom had both of her hips replaced so she was staying on top so she...

“The house was a good size for our large group. Well equiped with kayaks. Good amount of dishes and glassware. House stayed cool despite high heat outside. Plenty to see in area. Did not have dish soap. Only 4 dishwasher pods and 2 pods for washing machine. One bathroom had no hand soap. I would recommend higher quality toilet paper. Overall great space and would recommend.”
