“I had an amazing view of Takapuna Beach from the 16th floor room with balcony. The room was a bit dated with cleaning service offered only every 3rd day. The front desk staff stay in the back office and are not visible. You need to stand at the couter for a while before the attendant notices that you are there and comes out. The front desk staff seems to change quite often as do the duty managers, several times a day, so communication and continuity across staff members can be bad. We tried the...

“Needed dusted, and missing quite a few kitchen items, etc that should be included in any accommodation. Someone should change some lightbulbs. Vacuum needs fixed. Complicated process to collect room key. But a nice apartment apart from these small issues. Fantastic views, comfortable.”
