“La struttura si trova in centro a San Diego, quindi in una posizione molto comoda per girare la città. Il giudizio parzialmente negativo deriva dalla presenza di senzatetto e persone con problemi che entrano ed escono dal motel e/o bivaccano all'ingresso e nelle zone adiacenti (come nel parcheggio). Il punto assolutamente a favore è relativo al personale che è gentile e premuroso e gestisce al meglio delle proprie capacità una situazione visibilmente non facile.
