“The only issue I had was when we checked in, I could not have the room that I reserved on the Expedia app. The front desk told me that since i didn't reserve on the Hilton web site, I was NOT guaranteed the Specific room Amenities. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, I specifically reserved the roll in shower room on Expedia but did not get it. Once I checked in, I had no other choice than to take the room available. IF that was told to me on Expedia I missed it. Why Does this happen? I wasn't...
