“I liked the hotel room. Comfortable and clean. The hot tub was not working. I know things happen but it made me sad. The breakfast attendant did not believe us when we let the person know the pancakes were out of batter.”

“Front desk lady was very rude. We were a huge inconvenience for her when checking in. We were lucky we got there when we did as the front desk also closed at 10 pm for the night. Our room had a terrible smell but we were already moved once because they gave us a queen size bed the first time when i had booked a king. i didn't want to inconvenience the front desk lady again. The room had zero amenities. Asked for glasses and an ice maker and there was none available at the property. Bed...
