“A group of friends and I planned a weekend trip to Raggae Fest at Sugarloaf and the house ended up being the main attraction. Right when you walk into the living room you are greeted by more moose and deer heads than you can count. It made for a super unique experience and something that I’m sure we will talk about for years to come. There’s also a great downstairs with pool and ping pong that was a huge hit. “I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening.
