“It was clean throughout the entire space and very close to every location of Helen. Parking was abundant and very welcoming. Only thing that was lacking was just the amount of bees and wasps in the area; not the fault of property owner. Overall 10/10 would come back.”

“We came to town for a birthday celebration and loved staying right in the heart of Blue Ridge. The whole unit was cozy and comfortable. The bed and linens were also comfy. It’s a well stocked unit and easy to access. Would stay here again in the future! ”

“We stayed here for a long weekend. The location was in the heart of downtown. It was a short 5 minute drive to Serenity in the Mountain for some amazing spa pampering. Having a designated parking spot downtown was perfect. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The deck was perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evenings. The apartment was beautiful and the attention to detail amazing. We can’t wait to make this our yearly tradition.”

“This property was everything we needed and more! Everything was clean and cozy. The porch was the highlight; it was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning. The property owners were thoughtful with their providing of snacks - something we didn’t expect at all! Overall, a wonderful place to stay for our 8th anniversary. ”

“We had a great time staying here for Valentines weekend. The apartment is great and within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops. The liquor store below is neat and the noise on a weekend is minimal (can’t even hear it in the bedroom) also sharing a parking lot with a restaurant was great and their breakfast was Even better: will stay here again in the future”

“Great place to stay and lay your head to rest after exploring the adorable town of Helen. As the listing notes, this is a bedroom with a private bath, which is all we needed. Great location to walk around the downtown area. The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating was because a few minor details were overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing major and we would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall the stay was okay. The description of the room is a little misleading, said there was a kitchen when there was not. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. So be prepared to buy utensils and eat out. The towels provided were dirty and seemed like they had not been replaced recently. The email we received afterward stated a hot tub and grills. Not sure if we just missed them somewhere but we didn’t see any grills or hot tubs. This place is the perfect location, as everything is within...

“Had never been to Helen before and was a little worried about where we could stay that was dog friendly. This unit was great! Staff on site was great and always available. There was a nice park across the street for walking my dog. Great location for walking through town and close to more restaurants than I had the chance to try out. I will try to stay here again for my next visit to Helen.”

“This property was not only the perfect location in Helen, but it was the perfect property to enjoy time together and have room to spread out. The elevator made the condo so much more accessible for anyone who might struggle with stairs. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us at every step. If you are planning to go to Helen, I would highly recommend this property.”

“This was a building the owner apparent divided into 4 rentals. The unit was very tidy and spacious enough for 2. The shower was nice. The kitchen was fine. The decorating was fairly modern. HVAC worked well. Shower above average. Washer/dryer perfect and newer. The area has a Publix and Walmart nearby. There is an Olive Garden walkable (1 minute). The exterior is a bit run down. Only downside was adjacent unit noise. The joist system transmitted sound. ”

We had a bedroom, a loft bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for the same price I've paid for a regular hotel room. The key is to go into it with your eyes open. The property is older and it shows. There were dings in the furniture and the decor was outdated.
