There was a hot tub,fire pit, and a grill. Also, there were plenty of games offered for us to play. There was also instructions listed if any additional information was needed. Just far enough away out of congested areas but within 20 mins to most tourist attractions and dining. And a plus for us was easy access to Dollywood. Great communication from owner also.”
