“House was super clean and had all we needed. Nice décor, and the pictures are accurate. Easy drive to Gore Mountain!Cathy was an excellent host, and the check-in and check-out were convenient and stress-free.Close to the road and truck traffic therefore some car noise noticeable at night. The heating equipment making some weird noise when starting maybe get it checked out. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay . The property was clean, modern, great WiFi etc.We had everything we needed, except a wisk for pancakes which a fork easily replaced. The neighborhood is quiet and good for short walks, 1 loop about 1.2 miles. We enjoyed a little hiking which was very close. Overall a nice place to spend a few days. Likely even better in the spring, summer, and fall.”

“We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great. The dining room-kitchen area made for easy cooking and dining. Wonderful deck for watching sunsets. This is a perfect place for family time, and everyone had plenty of privacy. It's a retreat...

“This was my first experience with Vrbo. It was wonderful. Checking in and out of the property was simple! My fiancé and I were seeking a Christmas getaway in Vermont. We certainly found it! The property is in close distance to Brandon and Middlebury. Both towns have lots of dining options and shopping. We visited a brewery and winery. Our cottage in Leicester was pristine. “Great little place with a spectacular lakefront rocky beach and massive deck. Very special place and the owner has done an amazing job with it. Had everything I needed. For me, highlight was the amazing view. Grateful to have found it and will be back!! ”

“Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...
