Great stay.
Here for a softball tournament for our daughter and it was a perfect spot. Close to team , shopping and places to eat. Plus the view was like a post card.

Peaceful
Condo was clean and updated for the most part. Positioning of the washer and dryer was challenging to use. Would recommend this 2 bed and bath condo to one and all. Relaxing 6 weeks. 4 stars!

Winter Trip
This was the first time the NMB. We found a lot to do during our stay. The condo lived up to or expectations. The view was amazing. Home had everything we needed. The only issues were the house still had a small fishy smell(think from previous guest) and the top lock was difficult to open and lock. We will visit again.

Very clean and had everything we needed.
Plenty of space in every room. The kitchen has really nice updates with the counter tops and tile work. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware; and all were good quality. Master bathroom fixtures were smaller than standard, but still perfectly adequate for our stay. We have rented other units in that same building and this condo was exceptionally clean! Even the balcony was very clean. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the view from the living room in addition to the balcony.

Great Location/Great Stay
We had a great stay despite tropical storm Debby. Location was perfect for beach access and the unit was really clean. The check in/out process was super easy. We would stay here again!

Wonderful location
We were pleasantly surprised at how cute the condo was. Tastefully decorated, beautiful well equipped kitchen, the property isn't a huge resort, but my husband loved the covered parking, and how close we was to the beach.. I guess the only negative, was the short shower heads .lol..but the first bathroom had great shower pressure that made up for the short shower.. Still a wonderful stay and loved the location of North Myrtle..

A great unit, but…
Lovely decor, ample dishes and cooking utensils, but the washer did not work. The managers were very attentive to our needs, but the lack of laundry facilities was a big negative. The managers were willing to pick up our personal laundry, and return it, which was helpful, but still inconvenient to manage. The deck had a beautiful view with palmettos and dunes. The beach was clean and lovely.

Good value for the price
The condo was very neat and clean and presented as pictured. North Beach Reality responded quickly and efficiently when we initially had TV problems. This condo definitely had the best view of all the condos we have stayed at in North Myrtle Beach. Although there are less amities than other places we rented from (no indoor pool or workout room),it was worth it to be located in a quieter building and more tranquil beach area. The only negative is that the master bathroom tub and shower are very small (and I am only 5’4” and it was difficult for me to wash my hair in the shower). Other than that, we were happy with our stay.

Comfortable
Convenient, clean, beautiful view, common areas were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a condo building. The grounds and landscaping is so pretty and he worked so hard keeping everything clean. The beds were comfortable but the sofa, not very comfortable, I believe it needs new foam for more support. So nice to have good appliances, nice dishes. Beautiful paintings, would love to know more about the artist.

Great condo
Condo was nice and clean. Quiet building that is well kept and quiet. Only thing was the shower for me as im tall and showerhead was low. Beds comfortable. Would stay again.

Family Beach vacation
This is a nice place to stay. The pictures are on point. The view was spectacular. Convenient to nearby attractions. However, there was a stain on the carpet and the beds were very hard. The furniture was o.k, but it could be updated. Both showers are not meant for tall people. It was difficult for my husband and son to shower since they are 6'2

Very Nice Condo
We very much enjoyed this condo. It was clean, furniture was comfortable, balcony was nice. I don’t like having to stop at an office after such a long drive, before I can go to the condo, but check in was quick. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

The kitchen had bare minmum. The living room furniture is an 80's ratan and fabric, with I am sure all kinds of previous guest nasty on it. It is discolored and gross. I am 5'6 and could touch the ceiling in the master bath without stretching. The showerhead came to my shoulders. Not for taller people. There was mold in the shared bathroom shower. The carpet amd rugs were stained. Patio furniture was old and pub style ratan. Not family dinner friendly. The washing machine sounds as if it may take off flying when running.

Beautiful view of the ocean
The place was very clean and everything was working when I arrived. Unfortunately the air conditioning went down 2 days before I checked out. They had someone there in less than 2 hrs. to fix it. It worked great for one day and started to run warm again the following day. . I was checking out the next day so I didn't bother to notify the reality company. Everything else was great.
