“Loved the location of this house. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children (3 & 5). The yard, fire pit and dock were great! The views of the lake were amazing! Our issues came from the cleanliness of this home. It was disheartening as we all unpacked and noticed these things. Considering the cost and length of our stay (7 nights) we found this to be unacceptable. We found two vacuums and cleaned the rooms. One vacuum wasn’t working very well. “This property is an absolute gem. The cabin is stunning, clean, and functional. It's location is absolutely perfect. From the dock, you get a clear view of Mt. Kineo, and the river protects you from the sometimes VERY choppy conditions of the main lake making it perfect for kayaking and swimming off the dock. We had an unforgettable vacation.”

“Home was just as listed. Perfect size for 3-4 people. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable accomodations close to Baxter State Park. Property manager very gracious and accomodating when I made an error in our departure date. I would definitely stay again.”

Road to cabin is very hard to find and bumpy dirt road. Cabin address not marked or described well. We had to park up by road and walk down to see what cabin looked like picture. Cannot use wood stove. ”
