“I only stayed 2 nights but the accommodations and staff were great. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. I was happy with my choice to stay at Hampton inn!”

“The hotel is of sufficient quality and value. The service staff needs more training and leadership in providing better service and guest interaction. I witnessed house cleaning ignoring guests, walking around looking at their phones, earbuds in and generally very uninterested in the guests in the hotel. Twice I was even cut off by a staff member when entering elevators. Good hotel, clean rooms (though the ADA room wallpaper is peeling because of the open shower) but service needs work.”

“Everything was great except the fact that hotel guests need to pay for parking. Very unfortunate! supposedly is a city ordinance. Unfortunately we will not be staying around the city of San Antonio again we will look for a hotel in the surrounding areas. ”

“The customer service was great. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had whatever we needed. The hotel was in a great location. We weren’t far from where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. And the room met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. ”

“The stay was good. However, the bathroom in our suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We think the person above or below us may have been smoking in their bathroom. We need to keep fan in bathroom to get rid of odor. The floors and kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was good, staff was very courteous.”
