“We recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The customer service was absolutely top-notch—staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The facilities, ambiance, and location were also excellent, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, housekeeping was the one area that fell short.
