“Not sure if they were or are doing renovations but super dirty. There was no TV on either television. Very disappointed on stay. The description stated non smoking property, but room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. ”

“This place is a 2 only because it is rundown. and falling apart. There were 2 large piles of dog feces at our front door and beer cans strewn all over the area. In addition to the ridiculous price I then see charge from you for your fee. Please visit the place before renting again.”

“My wife and I had a great stay at this property. The communication from the owner was fantastic and when we had a TV issue one evening, he worked hard to get it fixed quickly. Much appreciated and will stay here again if we are in the area.”

“The worst ever. Place is a dump, pool was open but had algae, garbage and a skim layer that no one would ever consider using. They tried to charge me 50 bucks for early check in at 3:30 and then I sat in lobby until almost 5 to get my room because it still wasn't clean. When we finally were allow into our room the door locks didn't work and I had to go back to the lobby 3 times before they finally figured out it was their card programmer and not me, at which point they gave me a key. “In town to visit our son. Although it was very hot, this little apartment remained comfortable. Our favorite part, access to some hiking in the Sonoran preserve nearby. Getting away from the chaotic city was much appreciated by staying here. ”

“Truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The walking trail around the large pond was a perfect way to start the day. Everyone we ran across was very friendly from that community. The condo had everything to provide a comfortable stay. No hesitation in coming back to this location !”

"The bed was very comfortable, but I was on the side next to the road and the window doesn’t seal well at all. The road noise is so loud, the first night I kept checking to see if the window was somehow open. The room was pretty clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give the staff full stars is because of housekeeping. For some reason every day they would come in while I was gone and do nothing but take the towels I had been using even if they were hung up for continued use. No new towels would be given. It’s a bit strange and certainly not eco friendly."
