“The staff at this Homewood Suites location were excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and greeted us each time we came back in the hotel. The rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was excellent, especially the breakfast taco bar. The fitness center had a great selection of nice equipment too. Overall we enjoyed staying here and would happily return next time we’re in the area”

“Our family stay was great! We did encounter with our room not been ready upon arrival,which we were moved to another one. Elevator was not working.Took about 5-6 hours to do.Use of stairs was fine, kids got to burn off energy. Suggestion:Let's try placing coffee pot outside the restroom .I relocated ours to the desk. Grossed me out in the restroom. I can't brew me a coffee while someone else is in there lol. Water was not so hot for showers but we survived. Congratulations on your breakfast...

“This hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. We felt safe and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Only one problem. We were there three days and two of those days our key card quit working. Hopefully someone with maintenance changed the batteries or changed out the key card door opener ”

“Clean Hotel with big rooms and full kitchen, safe area just 20 min top downtown Austin, 20 minutes from round rock and 15 min from Hills area . Fuel Shell station 24h in front of the hotel, with Burger King and a pub just 2 minutes walking. The area seemed safe to me even if the Fuel station in the night let you use only a window with bulletproof glass, maybe for previous armed robbery, who knows, but if they are proactive maybe the danger is real, Austin is safe but is always Texas with guns...
