“The front desk employee went out of our way to get my mom an accessible room. We reserved one, but she couldn't use a bath tub, so she moved us to a wheel chair accessible. She was pleasant and very understanding!!!”

Overall this hotel provided a very smooth and seamless experience.Parking was a little tight if you drive a larger suv or truck. Highly recommend staying at this hotel in any season.”

“Good location. It is within walking distance to the Crystal lake, about 10 minutes to Crystal Mountain ski, and also close to various local restaurants. The room is very clean and comfortable for the price. Only thing is the complimentary breakfast, no food refill and also one bag of bread is old with some mold. ”
