“Our dance team from Cal State Monterey Bay was competing at the convention center this a few weekends ago. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Check in/out process was smooth. During our stay everything was as described in the listing. The large common area was wonderful for all the girls to hang out in. Overall we had an excellent stay! We will be keeping this home in mind for future rentals! ”

“This place was ideally located. Close to everything you could ever need or want. It was clean, the beds were super comfy. The only cons are the road noise at night is pretty loud, with motorcycles constantly going by so loudly setting off car alarms. Also, the "plenty of street parking" isnt quite accurate. When we arrived we had to park blocks away and bringing a weeks worth of luggage that far wasnt fun. On street sweeping days we had to park in the boys and girls club parking lot as there...
