Hotel con palestra a Norwich

“Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

“La stanza che ci hanno dato era diversa da quella prenotata invece di un letto matrimoniale erano due letti singoli, a rimostranze alla reception il giorno dopo siamo stati spostati in una stanza con letto semi matrimoniale. Alla fine abbiamo optato per ritornare nella stanza con due letti singoli. Siamo contenti? No! Ritornerò nello stesso albergo? No mai più, (ho mia figlia che è all' University of East Anglia a Norwich). Cordiali saluti R”
