“Absolutely brilliant 4 * hotel just three miles from the centre of Norwich, charging about a third less than the equivalent city centre hotels (and the same price as the very basic city centre Travelodge / Premier Inns). We paid just £10 a night more for the superior double which was well worth it. Very spacious with extra seating. “The stay was fine, upon our arrival our meeting was " fill in the form, follow the arrows to your room" What I expected was " welcome to the royal, your room is on the third floor and arrows point out the way, do you require assistance with your bags" The room was clean but the mirror was in the wrong place as there was no lights for makeup application. “We stayed for one night, we could not fault a thing, the staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, beautiful and clean throughout, we had an evening meal which was absolutely amazing, such reasonable a reasonable price, and the portions were huge! We stayed in the Bolton room which was very clean and comfortable, there was plenty of tea and coffee,and some lovely toiletries to ise too, luxury towels and bedding too.
