“We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard. “Room I was given was visible tired but when looking closer it was clear that the cleaning was not completed to a standard I would expect. "La camera era molto carina e a parte gli scarichi un po’ lenti non posso dire nulla. Personale gentile e disponibile. Situato in centro, proprio vicino al castello, in un bel posto.
