“The condo inside is nice and is roomy with everything you need. Nice showers and comfy living room. Unfortunately they put us up only one story and near/just above the underground garage. So you can here the security guard talking to everyone when in the bedroom near entry. It is on a busy street and no real view (102). Try and get up higher and away from garage entry. Lots of Dogs barking in the neighborhood. So a little noisier than we like for sleeping. The security guard and office workers...

“The apartment is in a useful location, only 2 blocks from the beach and near to restaurants, atm, convenience store, and a pharmacy. Convenient and safe. It has an elevator and electronic door locks that take a moment to figure out how to get the keypad to display. Self parking was easy. We had no problems with theft. There is construction going on nearby (as is everywhere) but was of no impact. The property is located between 2 event centres (La Ferro Jardín & Atlantis Event Centre) which had...
