“This place was exactly what we needed for our family’s stay in Santa Fe. Close to the plaza, and within an easy drive to everything else! The outside seating areas were wonderful in the afternoon sun. The house was so clean and the kitchen had all the necessities to make a home cooked meal. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“At the address there were a number of complexes with no directions which parking lot or where the property was. We had not been sent a code to get in the door. There was a kitchen drawer that was marked Guest Indi but nothing was in the drawer. We had to call to get the Internet Code. The rooms were beautiful and location was perfect. The staff we met working on the property were very kind and helpful. no wash c”

“I’ll start with why I did not leave a 5 start review, then get into the positive. Check in was not easy. First, the address was wrong. Host didn’t seem too fussed about it, though I did not appreciate my 80-something year old in-laws waiting in the dark and cold because of this error. Host only sends a boilerplate email without any specifics (and wrong address) for check-in. I only received more information a few hours after check-in when I asked for some clarification. “My family spent the Thanksgiving weekend in this wonderful home. It is very spacious and we particularly loved the open kitchen/living area. We cooked a complete Thanksgiving dinner and the well stocked kitchen provided all the items we needed. The double oven was great for such a large meal. The outdoor areas are so nice. Unfortunately it was pretty chilly so we weren’t able to enjoy them as much as we would have liked. The location was great and close to several really great restaurants....

“We were there for a large family Birthday celebration and 5 of us stayed a the house. It was amazing and a perfect setup for a large group. Walking distance to so many great locations (Flea market at Railroad, plaza, restaurants, parks...) Highly recommend this to others and would definitely stay there again!”

“Nice home close to many things we wanted to see and do. The garage is a really nice feature. An abandoned restaurant and a car wash across the street were disappointing but once inside it was another world. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet considering how close Central Ave is. ”
