“The breakfast food was very good, the coffee very bitter and strong. The room was comfortable with a big shower. Regarding the cleaning, there was a long hair inside a towel.”

“I felt like we were put in the discount room and not given discount. Our room must have been right below the night shift working area. Stomping, walking, creaking NOISE, till after midnight. Floors creaked extra loud. No conditioner left, no plastic laundry bag, overly soft bed, weird handicapped room I didn’t request, outdated everything, shower to high, no vanity space, the list goes on and on. For close to $150 a night it was NOT worth it.”

“Decent hotel, staff not so friendly at night when checked in. Breakfast and and mattress were really good for an old property like this.”

“I had catalogs shipped to this property to use for work and the hotel lost them. It ruined my trip because it was part of my sales tool to use, so the trip was lost. They claimed to comp me a room but i never got a refund. Nobody seemed to care about it afterwards. There's a lot more to this incident that I'm not willing to write about, but i will never stay at this place again! In regards to the actual hotel, only 1 elevator worked and it wasn't working properly either. Just a bad...

“For the price could not expect too much more. It needs to be updated and better maintenance. Liked that it was right off the freeway, easy access.”
