“We were excited to finally stay here after driving by on our trips between AZ and CO for years! Both the hotel and the casino are impressive! All staff encounters were professional and friendly - front desk, spa, and casino. Everything was clean and up-to-date. We were amazed and pleased that alcohol and smoking were not allowed on the main casino floor. We also had a drink and played games in a bar area so it was fun both ways. The summer rate is outstanding!”

“-5 stars. Charged me for a smoking fee and I don’t even smoke. Staff are very impolite and laughed at me over the phone when I said I would dispute the charge. Bunch of crooks. Spend your money elsewhere.”

“Praticamente perfetto, camere, pulizia prezzo. Il motel é dotato di una laundry gratis. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. Sicuramente c'è stata una incomprensione ma la sera il barman é stato davvero sgarbato in compenso le signore all'accoglienza sono state gentilissime”

“Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Imperial”, dico solo che sono stati molto bravi a pubblicizzarla. Per aprire l’acqua della doccia bisogna per forza bagnarsi. Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”
