“Great location, right off the beach. Clean rooms, ample breakfast and plenty of parking. What made the trip really special was the staff -- from the front desk staff at check-in, to the wonderful breakfast manager, they were friendly and effective.”

“I now know why it’s named The Beach 5 Villas. It’s just steps away from Number 5 beach access. It was so easy for us to take a quick walk to the huge, clean, quiet beach. The studio is snug but felt brand new and I’ve never rented a cleaner place! Any question I had was quickly given a reply. Such an easy and enjoyable stay. ”

“Loved the room and view once I got over the fact that it wasn’t directly on the beach so the view is from a block away, so I misunderstood the description. I assumed it wa on the beach side of S Fletcher. But it was fantastic otherwise. Full moon glistening off the ocean, perfect temperature to have the balcony door open. Just wonderful ”

“Lovely facility with friendly staff & amazing amenities!! The free daily breakfast is like a 5 star restaurant! Everything you could possibly want! Beautiful Lobby, great room, patio with evening firepit, pool, hot tub, courtesy van, walking trail, 2 blocks to beach & Large nicely furnished units with great linens & kitchens!! I would Highly recommend staying there ( we stayed 2 weeks) There are so many things to see & do on Amelia Island…shopping, restaurants, historic places & Clean...

The School House Inn exceeded expectations with cleanliness, convenient, great staff, comfortable beds, an extraordinary room that we would not get anywhere else. They exceed with the small touches. “First, the hosts were outstanding! All rooms were clean, well laid out, and nicely decorated. Coffee and tea 24/7 and a bar!! The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We have no complaints and highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Most definitely 5 stars.”
