Century One 1611 in OCMD all'insegna del divertimento è ciò di cui sono fatti Vacation Dreams! Questo delizioso condominio si trova in una zona tranquilla di Ocean City sulla 99th Street, ma comunque conveniente per ovunque tu voglia essere.

Con 2 livelli, Century One 1611 offre viste mozzafiato sull'oceano e sulla baia da 3 balconi rilassanti. Rilassati nella zona giorno dopo una giornata di sole e goditi la TV via cavo a schermo piatto e la connessione WiFi gratuita - a partire dall'estate 2020. Goditi incredibili viste sull'oceano senza nemmeno lasciare il divano! Amerai l'inizio e la fine di ogni prezioso giorno di vacanza sul balcone arredato con vista sull'oceano godendo quella dolce e salata brezza marina. Arredato con gusto e in modo confortevole, Century One 1611 soddisferà tutti i tuoi familiari senza spendere troppo.

Appena fuori dalla zona giorno, c'è un sacco di spazio per tutti nella spaziosa sala da pranzo. Cenare nel comfort dell'AC, o Al-Fresco con vista sull'oceano. E il bar per la colazione è perfetto per un boccone prima di colpire la spiaggia. Lo chef della tua famiglia apprezzerà la cucina ben fornita - i pasti si sentiranno come niente di più che un lavoro ingrato! Non uno per cucinare in vacanza? Ci sono molti punti di ristoro a pochi passi o in auto.

La camera da letto 1 si trova nella zona giorno principale e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e incantevoli viste sulla baia di Assawoman. C'è anche un comodo bagno completo con combinazione vasca / doccia. Vagando al piano di sotto, camera da letto 2, ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e una splendida vista sulla baia. Ammira tramonti perfetti e viste panoramiche di OC dal balcone privato con vista sulla baia. C'è anche un bagno completo con vasca / doccia combinato a questo livello.

Outdated needs lots of work
Check in process very confusing. Beds horrible, sofa bed horrible. Electrical outlets old and loose. Fans provided falling apart. Headboard not even attached to bed. Wi-Fi not working. Beds uncomfortable and sofa bed poor shape. Plastic furniture in porch chairs cracked. Very very outdated. Bathroom sink and tub slow to drain and shower heads poor shape and hardly any hot water. Enough for one person for 4 mins and then you have to wait. Won’t be back.

Great location with beautiful views
Very happy with the location we selected for our trip to OC. Communication with Seaside Vacations was excellent. The staff at Century 1 were courteous and provided helpful tips for our stay, including recommendations to area businesses. The condo itself was as advertised. Amazing view of ocean from balcony. We saw dolphins every day and it was an easy walk to the beach which was what this trip was all about. Similar to other reviews, the condo could use some TLC. The living room couch has seen better days, the clock on wall was not working (assuming batteries), night light under microwave also not working (assuming blown bulb) and there was no toilet paper holder in main bath. These are all minor issues, however it’s those attention to details that could sway renters from renting 1611 again and simply choose another condo at Century 1. There are plenty on VRBO. With all that being said, I had a wonderful visit with my family and to be able to decompress from work was definitely needed.

Excellent location with amazing views
On the beach condo with amazing views of both ocean and bay. Spacious for a family of four. Still need a lot of updates to make the stay more comfortable e.g. sofa, mattresses, faster Wi-Fi.

-Ice maker didn’t work and made terrible noise -No fans in the bathrooms -Unit was right next to the elevators and you could hear them going up and down very loud in the unit primarily in the bedrooms. That should have been disclosed -shower rod in downstairs shower is not affixed to anything; it just sits on the shower causing it to roll off when you open the shower curtain too quickly.

Overall stay good. Maintenance was needed
The overall stay was nice. However we had to call maintenance for the refrigerator, the dryer, and limited hot water for showers. They advertised slept 6 However the sofa bed was broken and the place was not clean

Excellent condo
Condo was just as described. It is clean and well maintained. Complex is quiet and laid backed. Amazing balcony that overlooks the ocean. Location is nice as it is a short drive to downtown but far enough away from the noise and hustle & bustle of downtown.

nice but right next to the elevator.
great view both ocean and bay, very nice. building difficult for strollers. this unit really needs some TLC and updates. silverware draw broken & track broken. the only frying pan in the kitchen is 6", dishwasher does not perform. porch chairs weathered-cheap plastic- couple cracked. in fact all the seating including the sofa are sorely wore. Electrical outlet on north wall in lower bedroom shorted out is falling out of the wall... needs professional repair. second key was very difficult to work.

Great location
Overall a great vacation. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable and views incredible. Condo was comfortable, however the Century I itself was a bit boring. No restaurants. If you are looking for something quiet, this is it.

Great location, needs updates
The property is in a perfect location! Amazing views of the ocean and the bay. Unfortunately, this property needs work! One of my main complaints would be the hot water... or lack there of. There was 6 of us (3 small kids) and we got about 5-10mins max of hot water, had to wait 20-30 between each shower. Which took forever with 6 of us! I called thinking something was wrong at first but they just said the water heaters are small in the units and that’s how it is. The bedrooms are on the bay side which was pretty noisy with the street. There are 2 elevators to the lobby but only one service elevator that gets you to the ground level which made getting up and down a challenge. Also when I booked this property, check in was 3pm and check out was 11am, which changed to 5pm check in and a 9am check out. It was very busy during check in and there was a huge line to use the elevator. The kitchen needs some serious updates, when we went to use some of the pans, they were dirty, which made me question how clean the rest of the stuff was. The WiFi was also pretty bad, didn’t even reach into the bedrooms. Overall the location is the only saving grace for this property.

Great location but poor customer service.
It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway instead it turned out to be stressful. Have been to Ocean City multiple times but first and last time renting this property. 1st of all check in is at 5pm and check out 9am (in listing it said 3pm check in and 11am check out). Property owner said there's 2 car parking but didn't say it's paid, we find out once we're there. As we enter the condo its boiling because A/C is not working! We called for help, however was told no one can come out and asked us to go buy couple of fans. 24 hours later were told it won't get fixed and will have to move to another property few miles away. Which meant pack and unpack everything again with 2 toddlers. A/C was fixed next day evening after so much back and forth in the process. Overall, not a great experience at this property.
