“Overall we had a nice time and it's a great unit and location. Owner and property manager have excellent communication skills and helped us with everything we needed. Spoke with the owner and he is planning to make updates to the unit and outdoor area. The shower is beautiful and you can’t beat the location.”

“I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. I was happy we stayed here and hope to go back soon. The only issue is that the water heater went out on Sunday afternoon, but it was turned...

“The place was exactly as pictured-Much nicer than the condo our family members stayed in in building D. My only suggestions is to have grilling utensils (in the event you want to use the property grills). And better instructions on where the office is to pickup your keys. We could not find the office. We asked 3 or 4 people around the pool and no one knew I finally bumped into an amazon delivery guys who directed me to the office. Otherwise our stay was great. We would definitely stay here...

“Spacious, perfect for our family of 6. Close to the beach, the cafes, and shops. Has a unique rooftop patio for a bit of sun. Very well maintained with plenty of room for everyone. For a longer stay like ours, having the kitchen and laundry facilities was essential. It was nice to have a dining table for 6 for our Christmas as well ”

“Great stay, very close to the beach. We just walked time 2 blocks down and enjoyed the sunset with the kids. That said, could have also enjoyed it witha couple glasses of wine from the upstairs balcony. Comfortable, and clean. Only point of now I b would make is next to commuter train tracks, so some noise. Kids loved it, but could see where that might be an issue for some. Would love to come back again. ”

“We spent 3 days in Oceanside for a wedding and I could not have found a better spot to stay at, the chairs right outside the door are wonderful to watch the waves. The location was PERFECT, so much around to do within walking distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the check in/out process was seamless. Also, I recieved multiple messages checking in to ensure we didn't need anything. If ever in the area again this will be where we stay!”

“We love our quick 2-nights stay here at Marbella. The location is literally right next to the beach with beautiful ocean view. The unit is nice and cozy with all the amenities you’ll need to prepare meals and even grill food as there’s a bbq grill at the shared patio deck! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel but we are very happy with the service and will definitely come back to stay longer in the future!”
