“As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning but we never needed it during our stay in June. In fact we used the fireplace a few times early in the morning. It doesnt look like...
