“Very nice place, beautiful room. Only negative was the heat at night. Radiator not working, very chilly. Contact said there was a blue tooth sensor, but we never got above 64 on our thermometer.”

“Great place. We were in room 8 which was a big, one bedroom. The place was very clean and they have a great drink and snack bar in this unique hotel. The room was huge and has a great balcony off the bed room. We were there in February so it was really quiet. Lots of great restaurants blocks away. Highly recommend this place. ”

“Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. ”

“We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point...
