“I loved how clean was our room, quiet, spacious. Happy with all of that, easy check-in... Perfect! But, Our shower head fell over and broke with no reason so when we came back to the room and noticed was already late(Saturday around 11pm) and they couldn't replace shower head or offer another room as service was already far away from the hotel. So, there was no shower for us and an early sign out in the morning as we had to reach home far North to Waikato.”
