“We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. “So upon arriving to the hotel, i was greeted by pure professional and friendly staff members. The lobby was clean, spacious and gorgeous views of the pool. The room was clean and very spacious. I had the king bed with a bunk bed and nice size balcony facing the ocean. I had no problems checking in, staying and checking out. ”

“My only problem was upon check in the room was out of shampoo, body wash, and there was no additional toilet paper. Limited towels as well. Staff was very prompt to bring supplies once I called. ”

“This was a great hotel right next to the beach. The prices were very reasonable for an off-season stay. Every room had a patio or balcony. There are only a few sea view rooms so that’s something to keep in mind. The hotel is old on the outside, but recently renovated inside. The staff were wonderful and helpful. ”

“My favorite place to stay. Its an older hotel. Its very clean, updated, has comfortable beds which ia a guge issue for me. All you need to bring is your personal items. They have a kurig with pods and creamer sugar etc. Fridge and microwave in room. Ice and small vending down the walkway. Sunsets are gorgeous. On a marina with restaurants on both sides of hotel, plenty of other restaurants close by. Its not the ritz carlton, but its very decent and with usually a very decent price. ”

“When we checked in, they put us in a dirty room. And then upon complaining, they changed to a different room which caused us wasted nearly 1 hour of our valuable vacation time. The fitted sheet was full of stains. Yuck!”
