Parma made the extra effort to find us a great room with all my requests and I incidently mentioned that we celebrating my birthday and the next thing i know a bottle of wine arrives at our room. “What can i say, except WOW 👌 👏 What an amazing staff. They rock 🤎I took my wife to Kelowna for her birthday and we decided to stay at the Ramada. The location was on Harvey ave, across the Orchard mall. They had done up the room for a little birthday surprise for my wife and went above and beyond to make sure it was done before our arrival being such a busy location. “The Royal hotel room was beautiful. A huge spacious suite that felt like a home. View was unreal! They wouldn’t accommodate an early check in (asked for an hour to drop off my stuff) and denied a late check out as well. We forgot about the time change! Parking is expensive but convenient. ”

“This hotel was like a home away from home. It had a very well equipped kitchen. Had a comfortable bed. Closet space and a spacious bathroom. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Thanks again! We will be back.”

“What I liked was that my room had a patio that led straight into a closed-in courtyard where my dog could play. Overall, for an old hotel, it was nice and clean. What I did not like was that when I tried booking my room, there was NO CONFIRMATION from the website or Hotel email confirming that the room I selected was pet friendly. I checked in, and the agent said the room I selected was not friendly,y so they changed it to one and then found out the room was with only one queen bed. I needed...
