“Everyone from the front desk staff (especially the lady who checked me in!) to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff to the shop workers was so kind, always smiling, and always courteous. I could relax very well during my stay and forget all of my troubles. ”

“The Hilton Okinawa Chatan Resort is the best hotel to stay at in Chatan. You get what you pay for and they are worth every penny. Only caveat is the apps on the room TV, your sign on only lasts while you watch on the app. If you turn off the TV or pause the app for too long, or leave it to watch Japanese TV, you will have to sign back in. Has to do with security I was told, Not a big deal just watch Youtube or Netflix on your laptop, iPad, or iPhone. ”
