The Music Lounge - Onemana Holiday Chalet

Welcome to The Music Lounge; a funky and fresh self-catered holiday spot that is ready and waiting to host your Onemana Holiday!

This two-storey holiday cabin gets filled with natural light as the sun floods in the large floor-to-ceiling windows and ranch sliders. Make a hot drink to start your day and wander out to the wrap-around balcony for the fresh morning air. Maybe even have breakfast alfresco style, looking out over the town of Onemana and a glimpse of the waters of Onemana Beach.

The Music Lounge earned its name from the eclectic CD selection and Bluetooth sound system. Imagine you and the family popping on some music on a summer's day, ice-cold drinks in hand to keep you cool, and simply enjoying the downtime together.

Make use of the modern kitchen, well equipped for those holiday meals, and an easy space to keep clean so you can spend more time down on the beach. When you get home from a day spent on the beach, unwind in the open-plan living area that offers the ideal cosy and comfortable area for everyone to put their feet up.

There are plenty of nearby scenic spots for you to visit while staying at Getaway, from the surf at Whangamata Beach, to scenic walks through the stunning Wentworth Valley. Or, stay close to home and take a wander down to Onemana Beach, the tennis courts, the children's playground, or the reserve. There is something for everybody!

Please be aware there is only parking for one vehicle on site. However, there is on-road parking available nearby.Please note the mezzanine level is not suitable for children as there are no balusters on the barrier to prevent falls. As the mezzanine barrier is below 1 metre high, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Strictly no pets are allowed at this property.There are three other chalets available within close proximity, that are are also available as holiday rentals through Bachcare, and may be available for rent in conjunction with Getaway. Thanks so much for a great Easter Weekend in Onemana. The Chalet was just perfect and the garden was perfect for the Easter Egg hunt!

Outdated
The property was not well cleaned. Lots of old dead bugs lying in all the corners of the lounge. There is a lot of old outdated furniture standing around, making the allready small living space even more cramp. Too much clutter with old outdated calendars and old magazines piling up, not to mention the massive amount of old books trapping dust. The kids beds were a disgrace. There is no support. It feels like a water bed as the mattresses were non existing. There is a shade sail outside the master bedroom window tied to the roof. This was banging every night against our bedroom window non-stop. We couldn't get a good nights rest in and decided to leave after 2 nights, despite the fact that we paid for a week... Very disappointing. We will not return.
