Questa nuovissima e rinnovata casa con 4 camere da letto e 1 bagno è situata a 1,6 km da All Star Village, a 3,2 km dall'Hartwick College e dallo Oneonta State. Ha una posizione perfetta in quanto è in una zona residenziale con ristoranti e servizi nelle vicinanze. C'è un sacco di parcheggio e una veranda anteriore e posteriore con un cortile per mangiare all'aperto. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la cucina è completamente arredata con utensili da cucina. 55 pollici a schermo piatto con wifi gratuito in salotto.

Spacious and cozy
My partner and our kids stayed over during the holidays. I grew up in the area and we were back visiting family. It was very nice to have our own space close to family. Beds were comfy. Couch was massive and inviting. Kitchen was big. Wish it was warm enough to have enjoyed the backyard but all good. Street parking wasn’t an issue, many spaces free.

Location, location, location!
This house exceeded our expectations. All Star Village was just minutes away and the Rite Aid across the street and DD and McDonalds nearby were much appreciated by the 10 year old. When Dave said it was fully stocked that was an understatement! It had everything we could need during our stay. The house was very clean with comfortable beds (with much needed AC in each bedroom and living area) and plenty of towels for four adults and a 10 year old. There was sufficient street parking for all our vehicles. TV and WiFi worked well. Plus it was very pet friendly. We brought a tension gate with us to contain the dog in the tiled kitchen area while we were out (back and forth to the fields several times a day) just in case she had an accident (which she didn’t!) but at least we didn’t have to worry about her. If you’re looking for a location close to the ASV I definitely recommend this house. Thanks Dave!

This house was perfect for ASV! If you’re looking for a perfect close location to Cooperstown All Star Village you’ve found it! Perfect distance, decent food options, and a reasonably priced house. Worked out perfect.

This is the perfect place to stay if your child is playing at All Star Village! It’s very close to the park which made going back and forth to games super easy. The house had everything we needed and the host was very helpful with any questions we had. Book this early for your Cooperstown stay!

Baseball at Cooperstown Village
Our first experience at Oneonta Cooperstown Village for 12U baseball was fantastic! It was so nice to stay close to the Village. We were back and forth to the village due to weather delays and multiple events. This property is perfectly located for going back and forth to the games and events. Plenty of room for all eight of us including a toddler. Property mgmnt was very responsive. Property desc was accurate. Highly recommend this property!

Exceptional Guest service
Unfortunately I had a family emergency and I had to cancel the night before my arrival. Dave was more than underhand accommodating. I will definitely be staying at one of his properties in the future

Perfect spot for All Star Village
We wouldn't stay anywhere else for an All Star Village tournament. Book this NOW for next year! Within a mile of the park which is so key with the changing times of games. Walking distance to multiple good restaurants, Dunkin, DQ, Rite Aid. Great neighborhood for a walk. Once inside, there is more room than you could imagine. We stayed with my MIL, wife and two kids. Plenty of room! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need except food. I've never stayed at a place with all the things you use everyday at home, but don't have in a hotel/timeshare. Washer/Dryer is key so you don't have to pack a week's worth of clothes. Multiple showers and bathrooms means everyone can get ready at the same time. Plenty of towels, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent. Can't say enough good things about this property. Thank you!!

Great ASV spot
Great property. We spent so much time at the All Star Village fields but when we weren’t there we were so happy to have a nearby space to catch a rest, have a drink, make sandwiches to bring back for the boys who were always hungry. Showers were great. Beds comfy and the ac units did the trick. Also jays, nicks and sloanes were close so we ran into baseball people and they were jealous we were so nearby.

Great Location! Easy ride to Cooperstown!
The hosts were great! Very attentive and way to work with. The house is charming and met our every need! Right across the street from drugstore and other shopping/restaurants! About a 25 minute trip to COOPERSTOWN DREAMS PARK.

Nice house
Very nice older small house. Recently remodeled and done very well. More renovations are coming, I am sure……exterior. Surprising number of bedrooms(5). Bathrooms are very nice. Owner should be complimented for being very well stocked: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry supplies, trash bags, coffee supplies, etc. We would definitely stay again if we head to the Oneonta area.

Dave was super easy to work with. Very easy check in. The house had a fantastic location, very short drive to CASV. I would highly recommend this house if you are attending CASV!!

Clean and Comfortable House
Dave and Frank are awesome! Answered all our questions ahead of time and provided great local tips. Also, made sure we knew they were always available if any issues; however we never experienced any issues during our stay so never had to reach out. House was stocked with everything we needed. It is perfectly located to All Star Village about a mile/ 3 minute drive. Also, super convenient being across from Rite Aid and a couple fast food/restaurants. However, it is about a 10-15 minute drive to the downtown/Main Street area, Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods and what seemed to be the only grocery store in Oneonta, so want to make sure to plan those trips accordingly between baseball games. We had 3 adults during our stay so more than enough room for us. As advertised all rooms have queen beds and rooms are a good size. However, I would imagine if staying with young children could get a bit tight. It we ever make our way back out to Oneonta would definitely stay in this home again!

Needs a good deep clean
We rented the house since our son was scheduled to play baseball for the week at All-Star Village. The owner provided detailed communication before our stay and was attentive to our questions. The location of the house was extremely convenient to Cooperstown All-Star Village (less than 5 minutes). The house itself had five bedrooms which allowed us to spread out for sleeping arrangements. However, we were very disappointed by the cleanliness of the house. I’m not sure if the cleaning crew failed to show up, but we had to mop the kitchen and clean the bathroom ourselves. (Example: the no-slip bathtub mat was still in the bathtub with a wad of hair under it.) When wiping up some spilled water in the living room area, it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned recently as it turned the towel dark with dirt. The carpet upstairs is in serious need of replacement, and the sofa needs to be steam-cleaned. Clean towels were ready and all necessary kitchen needs were available (toaster would have been nice). Overall, once we got the house cleaned up, it was acceptable and was very close to the fields.
