The Space:

This stylish apartment is in newly renovated and offers beautiful newly refinished vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "Pitcher's Paradise Apt 1" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen with dining area, Living Room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 32"-50" smart TV’s as well. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the third has a full size bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “Pitcher's Paradise Apt 2” is on the second floor and sleeps 2 and "Pitcher's Paradise Apt 3" is on the second floor and sleeps 4.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry is shared with each apartment in the back foyer. This driveway is shared with Pitcher's Paradise Apt 2, and Apt 3. There is plenty of space for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Staying a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife on Main Street, gives Pitcher's Paradise an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Pitcher's Paradise is centrally located between all 3 baseball camps.
