“Very friendly staff, super convenient for my needs and what i needed to get done while in town. Check out was nice having it at 12pm, very cozy room with amenities and amazing sized shower. Wish there was a microwave so we could have heatened up our food we ordered, had to throw it out. Pool and hot tub were a nice plus to our stay, will be visiting again sometime in the future. But way in advanced as a last minute room for 1 night kinda broke my bank a little.”

“The best hotel in Thunder Bay. I saw pool staff controlling pull when I swam at 16:00 for one hour and 18:00 and in evenings ... pool limited people in pool at 22:00 to 23:00 I was alone. I stayed 10 days. They had glutine free muffins breakfast was from 05:00 to 10:00. As my father had passed away and I had much stress I never woke up before 10:00 so I never had breakfast. Maybe in future they could offer a breakfast left outside of a room for extra service as I was there 10 days and paid for...
