Hotel vicino a Orange County Convention Center - Orlando

“1) La colazione inclusa non era all’altezza delle aspettative. Non era a buffet, il menù a la carte era molto limitato ed inoltre erroneamente ci hanno fatto pagare la colazione del secondo giorno per 4 persone. 2) la piscina non era completamente aperta. 3) procedure di check out e pagamento poco trasparenti”

“The value for the price is outstanding. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms, which was modern and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is excellent, there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options just across the street, and the convention center is within walking distance. We didn’t need to move our car at all. As an added bonus, the property also offers on site charging for electric vehicles.”

“The breakfast is limited compared to traditional hotel breakfasts. Only hot food was bagels that you toast. The room ac had a definite smell while it was on. The hotel was full when we requested to move rooms, so we ended up having to stay in the room. The staff was vey nice and helped as much as possible. ”

“We stayed there for 5 nights with our kids and the sheets were never changed. I think they had bugs in the bed my skin was irritated/itchy every time getting in the bed. There was a string smell on the upper level not sure how to explain but wasn’t pleasant smell at all. Kitchen too small. But I think with the price was acceptable for those people who is staying there for sleeping. With the kids it’s little unclean for me.”

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera bella. Bella piscina e hall spaziosa, c’è una caffetteria e un piccolo market. Trasporti per i parchi Universal veramente efficienti e comodi, ingresso anticipato ai parchi universal incluso. ”

“One reservation was missing. 5 rooms rather than 6. One night couldn't sleep as there was a loud drunken party upstairs (hotel staff knew about and couldn't do anything) Pne night - in two different moments - someone tried to open the hotel room very strongly: tried for so long to call the reception..none picked up the phone ...I guess it's enough....”
