Our family of 5 highly enjoyed our stay. They had everything we needed. The boys felt at home from the first night. The check-in was very easy. The host communicated very well and was quick to respond when we had any questions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay
We were two couples who came into the area for the OU/BYU game, and were delighted when we got to the condo. It was a perfect set up with the bedrooms and baths being separated by the living area. Great host, very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Place
My friend and I stayed at this apartment while attending BYU Education week. It was so easy to get to the campus, and there is lots of restaurants near by. The property has a well stocked kitchen and is very clean. The beds are also super comfy. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed here while my kids were at byu camp and it was perfect. Well stocked, great location central to everything in Provo/Orem area. Pet friendly apartment was very much appreciated. We’ll stay here again

Great Rental - Limited Cellular Service
This was a wonderful home. Location to the lagoon area was perfect. Be AWARE there is limited to no Verizon Cell service. We were waiting for an important call and as long as you were connected to the internet you could use your phone. There is no internet at the logoon. Great house and communication. Cellular service is a problem at Deseret Colors. Also, bring lots of sand toys and floaties for the littles. Super fun area!

Great place for area wedding stay. Much better than two hotel rooms. Convenient location to shopping and freeway. Ground floor access to park lot was very convenient. Very clean. No issues at all. Check in communication was timely.

Great property
Came to town to visit some family. Property was cute and fit family of 4 well. We were able to enjoy the pool during our visit as well which was great for the kids. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Had a few small issues upon arrival, such as missing items. The property manager resolved it within an hour. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

This property was as described on the listing. The property manager was quick to address questions. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and using the exercise facilities. The kitchen is adequately stocked. It was in a convenient location. If you stay here, be sure to follow the property managers instructions about parking and parking passes. We saw several vehicles being towed from the complex on multiple nights. We kept the parking pass in our vehicle in a visible place and didn't have any problems.

Short getaway
Our family was in town for a wedding and this was perfect for us. It is within walking distance of markets, places to eat and shop. I cannot speak of the amenities except for the pool which is the only one that got used by one of my kids. Check in was supper easy. Danny was in communication throughout. Definitely would consider it again when we are back in town.

Clean, modern and roomy condo with and excellent location.
I booked this property for a stay in the Provo/Orem area and it couldn't have been more perfect. It is located right between UVU and BYU. My family was attending my daughter's BYU graduation and couldn't have been more convenient. It's just off of State Street and very close to University Blvd. It is close to dining, shopping, Costco, the mall.... We felt very safe in the area. This property is updated and modern. The beds were comfortable and we rested well. We didn't use the pool but pool towels were available. The owner was easily accessible through the VRBO app. He worked with us when we had to add our little dog to the reservation at the last minute. A dog bed and dog dishes were left for us to use. This condo was clean and very well stocked with dishes and cookware. There is plenty of dish soap, cleaners, and laundry detergent. Everything was neat and orderly. There are 2 bedrooms with a king sized bed in each. There are 2 roll-away beds, and a couch bed. A baby bed is provided. We didn't use the roll-away or baby bed but it does explain how it sleeps 8 comfortably. We were all so impressed with this property that we will remember it. If and when we are back in the area, we will stay here again! Thanks for such a pleasant stay.
