2 BR RESORT IN POSIZIONE PERFETTA VICINO A UNIVERSAL

Bello, pulito e confortevole condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni a pochi passi dalla Universal e dai ristoranti e dalle attività su International Drive. Piastrelle in tutto e mantenute super pulite solo per gli ospiti. Sono presenti 2 grandi piscine all'aperto, 1 piscina interna riscaldata e 2 vasche idromassaggio. Parco giochi per bambini e proprietà sul lago rendono questo il luogo di riposo perfetto dopo una giornata di attività nei numerosi parchi a tema di Orlando.

Location is decent with close proximity to Universal, however, cleanliness was lacking. Several of the towels had long hairs on them and the shower curtains were moldy and mildewed. Room sleeps six however, barely had enough seating for eating—3 bar stools and a couch were the only options.

Great place to stay witj family, close to universal studios. Easy parking, convenient, full kitchen. Very clean. Comfortable beds. To get to universal atudio need to drive. Great communication. Highly recommend!

The unit was ok. Check in process was great. Price was great. Only issues was that remotes in both rooms didn’t work properly( master bedroom remote didn’t change channels from menu screen and remote in 2nd bedroom wouldn’t turn TV off. No soap in master bathroom and patio door doesn’t lock ( unsafe if kids are present. Would stay there again.

Great stay
We came after touring UF in Gainesville. Planned to spend a few days at the Universal parks but was rainy due to Hurricane Deb. My Dau enjoyed all the rides anyways, but we opted out of going to Volcano Bay due to the weather! The resort was close to everyothing we needed and the owners didn’t kick us out in the middle of the storm,

Close to Universal but not walking distance
The property needs some updating but the condo was cute for what we needed. You can not walk to Universal. So, that was misleading. We had to Uber or park. Over all it was fine.

Disappointed
While I was relatively happy with the location, the cleanliness of the unit was terrible. The bathrooms were dirty. The lock on the balcony door was broken. The deadbolt on the front door didn’t work. The television in the kids bedroom also did not work. The furniture in the living room was stained as were the walls in the bathrooms. As we were getting ready to leave, we were looking for items. The kids dropped and found a pool of dried blood underneath the master bed

Expwdia states irs a 13 minute wqlk to universal studios but it is reqlly a 40 minute walk. Please fix this I picked this because of the walking distance. When you look at the location, it appears to be a different hotel.

Needs to be Updated
The property name wasn’t divulged which made it difficult to find. Once we found it the check in process was confusing and slightly frustrating. Upon entering the unit we quickly realized that the place wasn’t as advertised. During our stay I messaged the host regarding my dissatisfaction in the cleanliness and maintenance items that needed tending to; amongst other things. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. She made every effort to accommodate us. There were some things that were out of her control but she listened to me. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family stay as the stink of marijuana is both interior and exterior. Overall the building is very run down and is in need of some attention. The location is great and close to a lot of things. It was advertised as a .70 mile walk to city walk but it was actually a 2 mile drive. That was a little disappointing, as I had planned to walk there during our stay but that wasn’t safely possible. Given some attention, I think the unit could have potential to be revived.

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental! The property was in excellent condition, and I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting space. Bed bugs
My daughter woke up at 3:00am in the morning. She had been bit by bed bugs, they were in the bunk beds. They are giving me a refund, but it ruined our family trip. I thought they should have refunded the money that we had to use to get another hotel for the next few nights. It was a very bad experience.

Nice Unit
The unit was pretty good in a nice area close to Universal Studios. Our issues were with the management of the property itself. We needed to wash and dry some clothes. The washing machine worked fine, but the dryer didn’t dry the clothes at all. We had to go to a laundromat to get our clothes dried. Other than that, the property was awesome.
