Il soffitto a doppia altezza nell'ingresso consente alla luce naturale di illuminare l'intera casa. Il corridoio conduce nella zona soggiorno a pianta aperta che comprende una sala da pranzo formale, un'ampia area salotto con comodi posti a sedere per godersi la grande TV a schermo piatto che si affaccia sulla zona living esterna. La cucina è stata aggiornata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e bancone della colazione per cene informali. Fuori dal corridoio c'è una toilette per gli ospiti, una lavanderia completamente attrezzata e la prima camera da letto, una master suite king-size con bagno con lavabi in granito e una cabina doccia. La sala giochi soddisferà i bambini e le famiglie offrendo ore di divertimento con un tavolo da biliardo e ping-pong.

Al piano superiore c'è una superba area soppalcata con una grande TV con console di gioco per offrire ore di divertimento. Ci sono altre quattro camere da letto, una nella parte anteriore della casa è una suite king-size con un bagno con cabina doccia e balcone privato con vista sulla parte anteriore della casa. Lungo il pianerottolo un'ulteriore camera da letto, una con due letti singoli e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale, entrambe con bagno privato con cabina doccia. Sul retro è la seconda suite matrimoniale king-size con un bel bagno che incorpora una vasca ad angolo, cabina doccia e due vanità gemelli. Questa camera ha il vantaggio di un balcone posteriore privato con vista sul ponte della piscina sottostante e il campo da golf adiacente con vista pittoresca che lo rende il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi alla fine della giornata con un cocktail.

All'esterno ogni considerazione è stata fatta per il vostro divertimento con l'arredamento in stile Miami tra cui spazio relax per gli amanti del sole, una sala da pranzo coperta per piacevoli pasti all'aperto, una cucina estiva, e una piscina riscaldata e centro benessere circondato da paesaggi attraente

Great location but few issues
Overall I would rate this house as 3.5/5. Location was great and plenty of room. One of the better properties my friends and I have stayed at. Only issues we had is could definitely tell it has been used quite a bit. Little items such as some door handles and toilet roll holders were were broken; wi-fi went out and would not come back up. Again minor issues but would stay again in the area.

Will not being using this company again
I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a major issue with the air conditioning. During our stay, the AC unit broke down leaving us sweltering in extreme heat. On the first day of our trip the power went out briefly. Unfortunately we didn’t realize th AC up stairs never came back on. It was around 2 am and I woke up sweating! That morning I immediately reached out to the company and she assured me someone would be out that day. The family went to theme parks that day so the expectation was when we returned it would be fixed. That didn’t happen! I had to call again around 5pm this time a guy answered and said there was not even a work order for it!! Now I’m irritated. He told me some one wold come. A few hours later a technician did come however stated the part he needed wouldn’t be in until SUNDAY! We leave on Sunday! So I then called the emergency line it’s 85 degrees in this house and I’m not waiting until Sunday. After several times calling I finally reached a manager who stated he would call me back and NEVER DID! Finally came the next morning to fix the unit! So we had air conditioning 1 day out of 4! No ones has reached out or anything. That’s not the way to conduct business!

Hello We had a good stay at 1080 Castle Pines Couple things: Pool heat not very warm and we paid for it BBQ rental - outrageous expensive House supplies - things missing, could use a book at the home to indicate where things are and blue box pick up etc. Overall nice place😊

Luxury stay for an affordable price!
My family and I have been spending our mid-winter breaks in the Orlando / Kissimmee area for 4 years now. We have stayed in many different VRBO properties and this is by far the nicest! The home was furnished well, decorated nicely, clean, and housed us all comfortably (and with beds to spare!). There were a few details that showed the popularity and use of the home that included normal wear and tear such as a broken lounge chair, a broken sink sprayer, malfunctioning ice / water filter on the fridge, a shower that didn’t drain well and a few light bulbs that needed replacing. But the cleanliness was the best we’ve seen yet, and the responsiveness to our concerns was excellent. We would absolutely come back to this home and simply loved the area!

We could not have been happier with this VRBO property! It was a beautiful home in a perfect location! We will definitely recommend to others and will hopefully be back for another stay in the future as well!

Average accommodations for the Reunion area
The home is nice, but needs some updating. The pool is beautiful and once we called a couple times, they did come out to turn on the The heat and took pristine care of the pool our entire visit. However, we stayed in a home across the street three years ago and so the rest of this review is based off of that. This house did not have all the basics we expected. Simple kitchen tools like a pizza cutter, spatulas, scissors, ice cream scoop, and measuring cups/spoons were missing. I reached out and they did not care. The carpet is dirty. There were no wash rags. Overall in comparison to our last stay, this house was average.

This is a great property. We liked that each bedroom had its own bath. It was spacious and we enjoyed the pool area. It was also quiet at night and beds are very comfortable. The property however needs a more detailed clean and we couldn't get any of the TV to work. Other than that everything else was great!

Perfect home for a large family.
This property was wonderful. It was close enough to Disney World and local attractions. The only negative was that is was not what I would call a fully equipped kitchen. There were no serving dishes nor was there a cutting board. Also believe them when they say bring everything you will need.

Great Location! Close to Universal but not too close.
Very nice location, very lovely Community. Felt safe and was quiet. We took our Family of 5 to Florida for a week. We were going to Universal and Discovery Cove. We didn’t want to stay directly in Orlando. Didn’t want to stay in a Hotel. We need room and our Toddler sleeps better in a “home” settling vs hotel. This home is right outside of Orlando. Not far from Disney, Seaworld and Universal. You will still run into congested traffic but this house was perfect for us. Property Mgmt Company was great to work with. They were very prompt with any questions I had when booking. We didn’t have any issues while we were staying here. I read the reviews before booking so I was aware of something. The grill outside by the pool isn’t available. If you want to grill you have to rent the grill from the Mgmt Co. We opted to add on then pool heat. The pool heat cuts off by 8 or 9. The hot tub never got hot. It wasn’t cold it was lukewarm at best. So we didn’t use it much, our Toddler loved it. Pool had a lot of surrounding leaves in it daily, we would clean it with the pool net but the net wasn’t in the greatest condition. We did our best to clean it before every use and it was fine. Be sure to bring trash bags. The House comes with one bag in the Kitchen and bathrooms. You have to supply the rest during your stay. You’ll also need to bring paper towels, dishwasher detergent and hand soap, liquid dish detergent if you want to wash dishes by hand. Also bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There’s a Publix close by. We went there a few times to pick up groceries. The Couches in the Living Room definitely red to be replaced. They were not comfortable. The house is so spacious. We loved it. The bedrooms are nice size and each of the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The house comes with pots and pans and baking sheets. I made spaghetti one night and was looking for a strainer and they didn’t have one. Which was fine, I made it work. That was the only thing I didn’t have available to me in the house for any of the meals I cooked. The house was stocked well with towels. And I loved being able to do our laundry. We enjoyed the Pool Table. The house comes with a few pool floaties. Pool furniture was great. House looked exactly as pictured. There is also a crib in one of the rooms. There was a crib sheet provided I found our last day there in a closet not locate in the room. Overall we had a wonderful stay. I would absolutely book this home again.

Beautiful home, loved it!!
My family and I absolutely loved this home. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Great location. The only negative was the living room furniture could definitely do with an update, it's quite worn and uncomfortable but other than that a fabulous stay!

Nice place to stay
We loved the area of the home. Beautiful view of golf course. The home was well stocked. A few things to consider when booking this home. The house is showing its age. The carpets are all stained and should be replaced. The two couches in main living area are in need of being replaced as well. Not comfortable at all. The grill pictured doesn’t show that it is actually locked up so you can’t use it unless you pay extra. The pool filter only runs from 9-4pm and shuts off this is a problem because the pool was dirty and once the filter turns off everything from the night falls on the pool bottom there is no door on the skinner so if you do swim after 4pm all the stuff in the skinner goes back into the pool. The only day the pool looked nice was checked. If the owners want to save money maybe run the pool to start at noon and stop at 9pm. After a day at the parks some people like to come home and swim. It would also be a plus if there were outdoor umbrellas to use. The sun is brutal in the even so some shade would be awesome. A side note. The review from March 2021 talked about the broken furniture and in June 2021 that broken stuff is still there. Just in the garage now.

Fun at Reunion
This house was an excellent value. We were surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and the neighborhood was outstanding. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of towels. The house had more space than you can even tell from the photos. The only negatives were that the carpet/furniture was a little worn in spots, the water pressure in the showers was very low, and the pool wasn't very clean upon checking in. Other than that, it was a very nice home and we would stay again.

Extremely Frustrating!
House was a 4, needs some improvement, pool was 1 and Property Mgmt is 1 or less! Should have realized that the customer support was terrible before we arrived. Questions would go unanswered for weeks and then took multiple emails still without resolution to confirm if coffee machine filter is basket or cone type?!?! Answer was 'standard' 3-4x! It's not a difficult question. Issues started when arriving and the door code didn't work, then the 2nd day the pool was getting blurry and little stinky. They came to shock it and that was the end of the pool, it remained cloudy and milky or almost the rest of the entire stay, and no resolution or support from Executive Villas. We even paid for pool heating and cannot get reimbursement from them for the heating plus loss of pool! You could not see the bottom of the pool or past the 2nd step. We asked several time for the pool to be run longer like neighbouring houses so it would clear-up but they would remotely shut it off to save money, only running 9a-4p. We put the ripped cushions & broken outdoor furniture by the front door for them to pick-up and replace, they stayed there the entire stay, nobody came despite repeated calls. The BBQ wasn't clean & several other issues. A good vacation is when you don't have to spend time on the phone with the Mgmt company, this trip we spent hours on hold & phone, no resolution, no support; the absolutely worst Mgmt company I have dealt with. Contacted VRBO on Mar. 18th, it's the 26th and still no help or support! Not much better. Wish I could upload all the pictures to warn everyone!
