Total scam! This is an empty 2 bedroom apartment.
The owner never sent me the access code. There was no place to use an access code. The door was unlocked and we opened the door at midnight on our arrival. Climes three flights with baggage. When we say it was empty I called a hotel and stayed there. Vrbo DID give my money back for the hotel. How do scams like this happen?

Fraud! Scam...
Do not book this listing. I never received the check in information and called VRBO twice and spoke to two different reps. I held on the line for a long time but was then disconnected and had to find an alternative option for our stay. Do not book here. I will be seeking a refund.

Arrived to the address of which was sent, was unable to connect with Host. VRBO was unable to get in touch with host and therefore finally put me in hotel for 2 days VRBO stated that a booking agent, and others handling my case would call, but not one time did ANYONE reach out to me!!! Not the best experience
